Announcement Update on Store Reimbursements

Hi everyone,

This is a long awaited update on store reimbursements. First, I just wanted to give a quick shoutout to all the players who have (re)joined our network over the past week as we have seen an INSANE surge in players lately. I can speak for the entire team that we are very excited and are hard at work to grow even harder!

That being said, we've had our fair share of bumps getting everyone reimbursed for purchases they had made. And to make things easier, I am going to cover each individual category below and share as much information as possible to help understand what is going on. Let's get into it...

Previous Store Ranks
We'll start with what's important. ALL store ranks which have been purchased from previous seasons have now been reimbursed. This took longer than we anticipated due to excessive delays with our backend payment system (we had about 60.000 payments to send back and this process was tediously slow), but should now finally be complete. This means that if you previously held a rank, any rank, you should now either receive the same rank or the closest equivalent to it in terms of monetary value. Reimbursements go as far back as 2014. I have provided a list in the spoiler with exact information on what ranks have been credited back.

Skyblock Fire/Thunder/Air/Earth (Last Season):
  • Elite Rank -> Elite Rank on Skyblock
  • King Rank -> King Rank on Skyblock
  • Myth Rank -> Myth Rank on Skyblock
  • Prime Rank -> Prime Rank on Skyblock

If you have purchased multiple ranks on different realms of the same server, we cannot reimburse you automatically and you must therefore submit a purchase issue. Please provide us with as much information as possible regarding these purchases. We notice that players often don't provide us with their e-mail addresses or transaction IDs, however please understand that it is an extremely difficult and time-taking task for us to re-locate old payments in our system. If you refuse to put time in providing us with adequate information, we will do the same in return and close your thread without any compensation. Players who are eligible for compensation will receive the amount of money which shows on their billing statement.

Furthermore, if at this point you still have not received your rank back, this is considered a glitch in the system and players will be required to submit a purchase issue as well. Our team is currently dealing with hundreds of requests, but we are doing our utmost best to respond to everyone as soon as possible.

VIP Rank
As previously announced, if you held a VIP Rank on the server, we are providing you with two options for compensation. For both of these options, you must create a purchase issue and provide us with the information necessary to locate your payment, as well as a decision on which option you would like to take. The options are as follows:
  • Option 1: Receive the highest possible rank (Legendary) on a server of your choice.
  • Option 2: Receive a gift card worth the amount of money you spent on the VIP rank.
Please note that we cannot, and we will not under any circumstance, reimburse VIP ranks which have been bought using gift cards from last season. These gift cards acted a reimbursement for server ranks which had disappeared. As is clear now, all of these server ranks have now been implemented again. Technically, anyone who used these gift cards to purchase a consumable on our server, received this purchase entirely for free, as on top of having received a gift card for the lost rank, this lost rank has now also been reimplemented.

Players who purchased a VIP Rank and partly used a gift card, qualify to receive credit for the amount which was paid in real money. These players must create a purchase issue and provide us with accurate information which is necessary for us to locate their payment.

Addons / Game Passes
Game Passes have been re-named to Addons, but still hold the same purpose: receiving extra perks in the game. Because many Addons are now also features within ranks, we have decided to make some changes. Addons are now split up in two types of categories:
  • Exclusive Addons: These addons ARE NOT available in any of our ranks, and can only be purchased as a standalone perk through the Addons section of our store.

  • Regular Addons: These addons ARE also perks available through a rank, and anyone purchasing these regular addons should check if this perk isn't already part of a rank which they own.
This new structure makes it so we have made the following decisions regarding reimbursements:
  • Exclusive Addons: Anybody who has purchased an exclusive addon, has automatically received this addon back. This means that the next time you login, the feature will be available to you again. This is the case for the all current exclusive addons: Colorizer, Pickup Filter, Speed Dial, Auto Sell, Auto Rank and Custom Chat Tag.

  • Regular Addons: Anybody who has purchased a regular addon, has been given hub credit worth the amount of money which shows on their billing statement. With this hub credit, players can decide if they want to purchase the addon again, or use the gift card for something else on the store (perhaps because their addon is already part of a rank that they have received back). Hub credit can be claimed using /redeem. This is the case for all of the current regular addons: Block Converter, Mob Catching, Tree Assist, Spawner Mining, Spawner Changing, Night Vision, Fly, Item Repairer, Potion Stacker, Custom Hats and God Powers.
Once again, any game passes which have been purchased using gift cards do not qualify for credit. Players received gift cards previously because they held a rank. This rank has now been added back. If we would reimburse for these game passes, this would mean players receive more than what they paid for (the rank).

Bundles / Holiday Bundles
For Holiday Bundles and Regular Bundles we have made the following decisions:
  • Regular Bundles: Anybody who has purchased a regular bundle in the past (which included a set of game passes), has received the amount of money they spent on their package in the hub as credit.

  • Holiday Bundles: Anybody who has purchased the Holiday Value Pack (which includes a set of game passes and the VIP Rank) MUST create a purchase issue on the website to let us know which option they want for their VIP Rank (more information above). Players will then receive an additional gift card to reimburse for the game passes included in this bundle as well.
Consumables
As previously announced, any consumables purchased within a week before the revamp announcement (between January 16 - January 23) have automatically received this consumable again. This process has already happened a few days ago. Consumables which qualify are: Super Items, Crate Keys, Pouches, Wands, Scrolls, eTokens and Mine Bombs.

Cosmetics
Players who have won any cosmetics through their crate keys, have automatically received these cosmetics back.

Island Upgrades
Players who have purchased any island upgrades in the last season, have automatically received their upgrades back.

Multipliers
Players who have purchased any sell or job multipliers on any of our servers, have automatically received this multiplier back. Players who are having trouble with their multiplier must create a purchase issue (we have seen a few reports).

Claim Blocks
Players who have purchased any additional claim blocks on Survival, have automatically received these claim blocks back.

Plot Mines
We have introduced an entirely new Plot Mines system on Prison, which is much more optimised and feature-rich. If you previously purchased a Plot Mine, at this point you will have received this plot mine back. Check out our store for all new types of presets you can purchase, along with new sizes!

Plot Limits
Players who have purchased plot limits on Prison, have automatically received these plot limits back. We noticed there were issues with these packages in the past. These issues have now been solved.

Closing Note
So that was a long post! We've thought long and hard about the fairest way possible to reimburse players, and hope that the community is happy with our decisions. I'll do my best to answer any additional questions in the comments below. If you are going to, or have already created a purchase report, please bear with us as we are currently dealing with hundreds of requests and trying to accommodate everybody as soon as possible. This might take an extra few days. We appreciate your understanding.

I bought myth, because it had fly, nv and god. But right now, I don't have any of these. Why is this?

Ranks change over time. There is no guarantee that during a revamp all perks will stay the same. It is clearly stated in the TOS that ranks and items are subject to change and prime is not required to inform the players beforehand. "You understand and agree that we reserve the right to change, with or without notice, any pricing, benefits, rewards, contacts, etc. of any given ranks or services " http://prntscr.com/mfl1si Which you electronically sign via checking the box before you buy any item, which then says that you agree to the terms.

I had myth on survival and myth on skyblock through irl trades, what do I Do? Can you look at the purchases for a person?
I would create a purchase Support thread. You may be out of luck though I am not sure how hard it is to track payments from other players via for example IRL deals. Edit: as seen in this part without the transaction I’d and email it is not likely you will get it back. Unless you can contact the people and at least get the transaction ID.

Looking here I would assume if you make a
Purchase support thread and include transaction ID and your email then you should get store credit

Players received gift cards previously because they held a rank. This rank has now been added back.
the ranks havent been added back but their name were.
this is soo dumb you are expecting me to feel like i was treated fairly as the myth rank i had was about as good as primegod is now, getting a uselless rank for my good rank that now only has /wb and /block as an actually usefull perk

have created a purchase support and thursday and have not yet recieved my rank. have not got acces to my old e-mail which I had to buy the primegod rank I used to have. therefor I cannot put in id or date of purchase but if I go by what affixes say then I wont get my rank back, is that correct?!?!

You say that all ranks from 2014 will be reimbursed, yet no mention of the frosty rank? I've asked this twice with no response so I'll ask it again; Can I get the frosty rank again or if it no longer exists (since its not in the list you made of the ranks) could I get a rank of equal value?

If you have purchased multiple ranks on different realms of the same server, we cannot reimburse you automatically and you must therefore submit a purchase issue. Please provide us with as much information as possible regarding these purchases. We notice that players often don't provide us with their e-mail addresses or transaction IDs, however please understand that it is an extremely difficult and time-taking task for us to re-locate old payments in our system.
